Food Manufacturers Processors Refusing To "Stop Using Enriched Four" & Adding High Amounts of Sugar & Salt to Products Are Causing The Health Deterioration of America!

Americans can blame their poor health in part on the food processors of this country.

When it is impossible to purchase milk without great amounts of salt added to it...cereals & breads too have either very high amounts of sugar and salt...and are often not whole grain....folks who want to eat healthy are not able to.

1 Cup of "SHUR Fine Brand"Lowfat1% Milk which was purchased at Bohning's Associated Food Stores of Ponchatoula Louisiana has 125 MG of salt in it.

Certainly some salt is natural it is an animal product.

But if you read the label on every brand of milk in whatever grocery nearest you...

You will see that the amount of salt in milk is all over the place.

Some dairies put less than this other quite a bit more than this.

I have seen milk with over 200 MG of salt per cup so you know they are adding salt hoping people will drink theirs like the taste & they will become addicted to the flavor of their unique salted milk instead of someone else's....makes theirs taste better!

When President Obama was elected for his first term, I was impressed that First Lady Michelle early in his presidency made a pitch to WalMart with a bunch of children in the background to lower the prices of fresh fruits.

For starters those prices did not last very long and since they are purchasing fruit and everything so so cheap over seas....farmers are not making enough to survive so they either picking too soon or too late and the fruit is not good....

There must be a frenzy down in those poor Caribbean & South American Countries to pick fruit too soon that typically much simply will never ripen on ones window sill....it rots before it ripens...

While other things get to market so over ripe that bananas are seeding.   And this...getting to market too late could be fault of the transportation....

Such as truck drivers who may lolly gag along part of their routes then REALLY PUSH on the highways later on....to make up for lost time!

We have all recently seen how some truck drivers are no longer the safety conscience polite drivers showing road courtesy anymore...we have all seen big trucks toppled over along highways in recent years because they were driving too fast...

Recently my husband & I saw one SPEEDING on the on ramp of I-12 in Louisiana coming from behind us just inches from our bumper...my husband pulled to the right side of the on ramp as dangerous as it is to pull over on a ramp....it would been more dangerous to have a large truck on our bumper going 45miles an hour he was trying to press my husband to on the ramp.

 I emphasize SOME truckers because we slept in our van long periods in truck stops in the past and found that most truck drivers act & live more respectfully and admirably than some college graduate professionals such as attorneys, physicians nurses or teachers today.

For the truckers bathrooms that I used...women's & my husband said the same for the men's trucker bathrooms...

They were far cleaner & neater than most church bathrooms we have used.

 And back to the fruit that got to market old....

We nearly broke our teeth biting into a Mexican banana that was seeding because it took so long to get to market....the center of the bananas had hard pieces....seeding.

My husband & I have noticed in many stores and businesses including WalMart, KMart,, Winn Dixies  some employees working very hard while other employees just stand or sit around socializing doing a bunch of nothing.

Late today in the Hammond Louisiana WalMart we noticed a senior woman about 55-65 years old push pulling a dolly placing under a high stack of pallets of can goods down aisle to stock shelves.

Strange that management of any store would place a female to that task at all.

From  a  standard of ethics such things should never happen and from a spiritual stand point any company who abuses their employees and customers by charging high prices to pay for labor salaries for people even some managers who do nothing in carrying the weight of work needing done...

Upon the backs of consumers in higher prices....

Such companies will fail!

You will not see our government bailing out WalMart the way they did the banks!

And if you think "Obama Care" is too costly and will never work....

If only you could perceive what a high percentage of diabetics & Hypertensive and heart patients would not suffer their health conditions if food processing companies were not putting so much junk including high amounts of sugar & salt in everything from bread, milk, fruit juices now have a tremendous amount of both sugar & salt added to them.

Take a look at Kellogg's Rice Krispies 11/4 cup dry has 190 MG Sodium and 4Grams of sugar!

Add milk and who can eat it without raising blood pressure and pushing someone who is pre-diabetic over the edge into diabetes.

And what about Kellogg's Special K Protein Shakes for patients who cannot eat enough.

The milk chocolate variety has 220 MG of sodium. and 18 Grams of sugar!

Wonderful potassium level but my husband who needs such drinks for the protein & potassium cannot drink these without his tinnitus ear ringing going very high.

Come on folks...we all must complain to manufacturers of all products we enjoy eating that could be produced healthier but the companies are either too lazy to change the way they do things or they just do not care....

They say salt is a preservative...but no one wants extra preservatives...we want to eat fresh food....

And when food is brought to market promptly, not raising prices even more because you have complied with consumer demands...

Everything will sell fresh be eaten fresh so the cost of the preservatives is actually an expense that you can delete.

People will be healthier health care costs for all companies in insurance benefits, sick leave & loss of productivity...all will go down making the bottom line for everyone better.

And then maybe our Federal Government won't be printing more & more money causing the value of our dollar to go down further to pay for the disease that food producers have caused.

Product Idaho Spuds False Labeling and Advertising.

Greetings  Dr Hamburg & Ms Barclay and you at Idaho Spuds!

Since President Obama has made such great efforts to make food chain safer...I am writing my first of many to come letters about issues that are wide spread...but must be corrected.

And when they are corrected, all Americans will be healthier and the over all spending budget of both the Federal & State Governments on Health Care and Insurance for employees and for all citizens will decrease as well as the health costs for individuals and the American Family.

My husband & I have been purchasing and eating your Idaho Spuds Classic Mashed Potato Flakes for years.

But only because your competitors put even more junk in theirs than you do; though their labels do not deceive as your labels do deceive!  And any company who deceives their consumer buyers will eventually fail.

This is biblical.

And while I am very disappointed in what I have discovered about your product and your company...I am challenging you to correct these things and when you do...

For deep spiritual reasons larger companies such as KRAFT Nabisco etc will eventually fall crumble just as banks failed & were bailed out.

Any company who is successful because of what they hide from their consumer eventually will fold and die.

The American people will not vote again for such a major bail out of any company....

When you change your methods & remove  from your product "hidden ingredients"..

Your company will be the new emerging Food Industry Leader when you embrace my suggestions and carry them out.

For all of these many years I have cooked with your product believing that there existed no weird additives.

And now that God has MIRACULOUSLY given my the ability to read with understanding & opened my once were physically blind eyes I see that I was once been deceived.

Having only 20 MG of sodium/salt and William & I both need to keep our salt down for different health reasons...we bought & eaten your Idaho Spuds.  Certainly that figure is much higher.

William is a Vietnam Veteran  Suffering from Agent Orange disease, and tinnitus ear-ringing...needs his salt very low for both salt & caffeine increase the intensity of the ringing.

And it infuriates me that not only is our government slow to give him his benefits, but I as a wife cannot even know because of false labeling in Food Industry and the lack of enforcement of existing regulations...such as Title 21 and others President Obama has signed into Law.

My blood pressure can remain healthy without medication only if I weed out  salt from my diet.

So at first glance your label always seemed so perfect as even your website now in BOLD letters claims your products to be "Naturally GLUTEN FREE"   Then in Red:

NO ADDITIVES---NO PRESERVATIVES---GLUTEN--FREE

Yet in actuality your product is not.

If true there would be only one ingredient:  Idaho Potato Flakes in the container for real.

But you list Sodium Acid PYROPHOSPHATE:  Freshness then:  PRESERVED WITH Sodium Bisulfite  & BHA.

I google searched definitions of these.

BHA is a synthetic man made not natural antioxidant  " C 11   H 16  O 2" created in a test tube which is used to preserve Fats and oils in food.

However, you are selling this as a Natural Fat Free Food,  which potatoes are, so you are adding fats for taste such as butter then adding not one but 3 preservatives to preserve the Fat which you should not add and by not adding it you actually lengthen your products' shelf life without additives.

I read FDA Title 21 and many other things President Obama has signed into law and recognize that you are not complying and thus I am sending this to the FDA also.  

I understand why Sodium Acid PYROPHOSPHATE is in foods such as JELLO which there could not possibly be anyone on earth who thinks JELLO is a "Natural  Food of the earth"  so if they choose to eat Artificial foods...at least they know that they are eating synthetics which in large quantities over time can harm them.

But with Idaho Spuds people believe that they are eating Natural Potatoes that have merely been peeled for us and flaked with a peeler machinery for convenience...

But is not the  pure product it appears and this is deception.

If you merely correct your website and cartons by removing the misleading information you will grievously fail because you will make yourself exactly like the rest of Food Companies who are big and do not really care about their products, or the people who eat them...

They only care that their product sells.

I challenge you to actually remove the Fat you are adding & preserving and the preservatives and thus make yourself an emerging leader in the Food Industry.

I thank you.  I thank you Lisa & Dr. Margaret for taking the time and effort also to take action in this concern of mine which others I know are also concerned, however do not have the understanding and ability to both decipher the labeling, research and find how to contact you.

And when I witness the wonderful job I anticipate these concerns of mine resolved...  I will then write you about some serious health risks concerns at VA Hospital Clinics that are also sinful.

Expect Your MIRACLE Today & Every Day or You Might...

So begin expecting good things and speak of your greater dreams singing praises for them before they exist...
Our God watching down from their thrones...watching & listening for dreams sung with FAITH in HIS Holy Written Word and as he hears such FAITH that HE never heard in all of Israel...

And HE turns those sung dreams into reality for my William & me and each one who dares to approach HIM expectantly!

When One Is Silent Not Taking A Position...They Are Peppering Death All Over Everywhere They Go Without Knowing It!

The attitudes we choose to live by affects every person we meet and greet along every steet.

Our opinions, and attitude choices affect not just those we actually speak to...but even more so when we choose to be indifferent in any situation or place in life...

Indifference on issues that transcend society or indifferent to persons among us in our own community or even within our own church has become a universal disease.

 Very common today...particularly by self-justifying ones position saying... "It does not affect me so it is none of my business." and even Pope Francis recently has been tweeting about indifference particularly towards the poor.

I was wearing a button pinned to my bright pink jacket that reads: PRAY FOR ABORTION TO END!"

 At a Graduation lunch in a New Orleans Catholic Parish the Sunday following Father's Day 2013...I was astounded the responses I received & conversation it spawned.

I expect this kind of confrontation if & wear it to the grocery store but not to Catholic Holy Mass & to a party of Catholic Families at a Catholic Church.

I was told that "Even if I personally would not abort my child, I don't have the right nor do you have right to suggest to others what they should do!"

Well is preaching & teaching the Holy Gospel suggesting to folks a better way to live???

And so this statement contradicts the entire life of a christian for we are called to always live by the Holt Scriptures that say:  "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!"

Let HIS life, HIS joy, HIS mercy which endures forever never cease from parting from our lips!

We are to be imitators of God who calls each by name and who speaks good things into being at all times....

We are to like God embracing all that befalls us with great FAITH...speaking hope to the hopeless and life into the dead!

I pray you see this contradiction that we all plainly see and hear all over where ever we go...

Maybe you never thought of in this perspective.

But starting right now this very moment...you can choose to put down the salt &pepper shakers of unkindness, harshness, and most of all...permanently shake off yourself the attitude of  silence & indifference.

Let revival begin now and let it begin with you, by choosing to let God make of you a beacon of HIS light and hope to the world...

Let HIS truth not only glow inside of you...but speak from your lips that which you witness lacking where ever God leads you at any moment.

As Mother Angelica says on her program intro:  We are all called to be great Saints...Do not miss the opportunity...And expect God to give you more & more opportunities to embrace with Faith opening your mouth and be HIS beacon speaking light into dark places and life into the dead!

The Apple Never Falls Far From The Tree and We All Can Receive MIRACLES and Be Vessels Through Which God Grants MIRACLES to Others....Are You Salt Or A Salter The Choice Is Yours to Make!

Our words and choices can either be a healing balm or a burning abusive pain to each one we meet and greet along each and every street.

Though we must not be afraid of what others will say or think,

Nor can we be controlled by other's opinions are talk of us.

We who desire to be chases down by both blessings and MIRACLES that never cease but only keep multiplying with our joyful smiles and laughter in spite of devils who seek and track us...

We must keep on keeping on singing regardless who is murmuring behind our backs.

As Mother Theresa wrote and said that there will always be those who cannot go through their day without finding someone to put down, criticize or abuse.

It is sickening how some people actually feel better about themselves only after putting someone else down.

Could that be you?

Are your words kind?  Do you correct another by just saying:  "When you do______ will you please instead_______" or do you become angry the first time you speak to your neighbor who you are displeased with?

As we heard in last Sunday's Gospel the Lord was not concerned of who what about who HE is...

And so shall we must be continuing to bless others with our smiles and songs...there will always be someone like our former next door neighbor Veronica on Alvin Callender Street when we with God were building our home...

She came outside yelling one day not able to understand how not even hers & her nephews hateful actions against us could not kill our spirits.

She came outside as I was singing new songs through joyful tears...tears that our neighbors were trying to stifle the rebuilding of our home.

What we had completed the day before our neighbors had punched holes into in the night...

But I sang new songs to the God above knowing HE who watches through the night from HIS throne up above not only saw the crimes against us in the night but had the power to restore not only that which the angry jealous locusts had stolen...

They who were filled with jealousy, anger and hate and have never been loved nor have loved themselves....

No different than the Ponchatoula local native neighbors who say out of one side of their mouth that they are going to build Ponchatoula into a thriving economic marketing business center, yet they tie up themselves in bondage that they cannot grow...

Every house or city divided against itself with eventually fall.  We heard this too in Holy Mass just in the last few days...

Yet so many even Daily Mass Catholics hear this, receive Holy Communion, then run out of the door quickly cackling obviously never receiving into their hearts the fullness of truth of HE whom they have just eaten...

They make a mockery of Jesus every time they go to Holy Mass...no wonder so many are reluctant to become Catholic even they they recognize that the Catholic Church is the True Church Jesus started and is coming back for.

They see with their own eyes how even Catholics shun each other...they see no difference between Catholics and themselves because the genuine do not hang around after Holy Mass to be seen among the hoopla of charades

By shunning visitors into ones church no different than Ponchatoula citizens shun newcomers who choose to make Ponchatoula home...they post pone the growth of God's church and...

No town or city will ever grow & prosper past the point they are today without welcoming new citizens not only physically into their neighborhoods, and into the community and church families.

Regardless how many families come and are shunned they will eventually move on in the same numbers or even more.

For every family and community has both sincere and insincere folks whom they call their own.

Those whose hearts are pure but were born within a thorny city among hateful tit-tat chatter boxes who love not...

Eventually these too will choose to move onto a better place where they will not be embarrassed by their previous associations whether blood or geographic.

No they will follow the lead of those who come full of life seeking to bless an entire community when they first arrived...but refuse to live an entire life time among grumblers and wishy -washy complainers.

As Joyce Meyer has taught over the years....one can choose to complain and remain and go around and around a same old mountain of a pill.

Or you & I and each of us can reach out and beyond our circumstances for another new dream...when others fight to long and hard resisting thy kindness and blessing...

As Jesus said:  "Shake of their dust and move on..."

Such cities will never grow but as Sodom & Gomorrah will be your town or city who shuns the hearts who of those who enter bearing kindness and generosity of their grateful loving hearts...

Such a town or city will never grow but die  from their own choices....their own deception...

The fruit never falls far from the tree and the selfish resentful hearts wither and never blossom but rather their self-righteousness they fatten and fluff and spread as an eagle spreads its wings...

Then they go around time gloating convincing themselves and each other that they together did a good thing.

You can choose to be different than those fakey flakeys who merely pretend to be pure...

Just as we will never find figs on a lemon tree....we will never find a true friend among those who start cackling the second Holy Mass closes and waits not till they are outside to begin their childish yak yack that is for attention...they think they look important.

But in actuality they look and sound pitiful.

For such persons have no knowledge of God...or whom it is the eat in Holy Communion...
For those who do stay transfixed in awe of silence that their God chose to live within them and be their God and their food....

Such awe does not allow one to break silence...and feels and recognizes the falseness of the enemy of God who eats the Eucharist beside them to their own condemnation.

Those who truly love God are the salt of the earth who need not the acceptance of others in community to be happy to be content...they like we....with Saint Paul say:  "We are content in all circumstances whether abased or abounding...

For all we need is our God who never forsakes us.

A Warning To Everyone For When You Open New Online Accounts....Humorous Consequences That Can Make For More Dangerous Circumstances If Not Caught or Corrected...

Anyone who has known my husband William and I for any length of time know that for my first 49 years of iife that I had physical tunnel vision for real!!   Yes REALLY!

 

That I only saw a small portion of any one's faces at a time, and that I was raised as a sighted child because my parents would not acknowledge my challenges for they were ashamed of "who or what I was."

 

And that on the Feast of the Holy Family 2009 I received a Eucharistic MIRACLE in my eyes and have enjoyed given thanks & praise for nearly three and a half years of landscapes and full length drapes!

 

So I have done some amazing things for someone who literally at times could not see what was under her ow nose!

 

I graduated from Grace King High School without ever having read much with understanding.

To satisfy my mother I sat on my bed for hours just every once in a while turning a page....

But since what was printed in those books made no sense to me and I could not see...

 

That time was not wasted... for in my heart I was not in a chair at a desk nor was I lounged on my bed reading...

I was conversing with my Lord my God and your God...

I would ask HIM to fill my heart and mind with whatever I needed to know...to stay safe at home, school or on the school bus...

Walking down hills or through my neighborhood.

 

A friend who I had not been in touch with for quite some time sent me an invite to open a "  LinkedIN " account.

Happy to hear from her I did just that thinking I could take my time that there would be no hurry to build a resume for myself and at a future date possibly this could help me grow a licensed business with  income doing what I enjoy the most...free-motion embroidery, crochet and writing.

 

But what happened was as I opened this "Linked IN " account, I was interrupted.

And as always, I embraced my interruption... as you do too... 

Took care of whatever it was my husband need that time....

 

I do my share of asking him questions that too for him are not at the best timing...

It happens in all marriages in all kinds of friendships...

 

There is no fault placing here...  No anger or frustration but rather jovial laughter and entertainment...

Life is much easier when one can laugh at and with themselves...

But what happened since I did not stay with the program as I first began opening this Linked IN account was it automatically sent invitations to everyone who I ever wrote an email to from the first date I opened this email address.   And not only to these who I possibly only wrote once ever, some were business inquires that I never thought about again in over 5 years.

 

Other auto invitations went to folks who I never wrote but their email address was attached to one of those cutesy poems with pictures many just keep forwarding and forwarding over and over...certainly none of these I ever thought would one day show up as "CONNECTIONS"

 

And since I at times post to my blogs not signed into blogger but from my email as I am doing now...

Linked IN posted connection requests to my blogs for about a 5th time last night.

 

So instead of going into Blogger and removing those comical posts  "MrsStephanie............invites you to CONNECT"  from my blogs...

I am leaving Linked IN right there...

Instead I will post this on all of them...

 

And make a game of it...

 

But it could have serious consequence when an unsent invite is accepted by someone who is worse than unpleasant.

 

I HAVE CUT OF several CONNECTIONS....some without any explanation.

 

Check your email contact list for many email systems save all information as your potential contacts even though you do not routinely write email to them nor they to you.

And you can possibly also have your account hacked into through these odd seemingly insignificant addresses that seem not worth even giving time to DELETE!

 

But do it!  DELETE DELETE!

And when you open new accounts do not let systems access your contact lists, manually type the ones you want to communicate with the new account and you will have fewer headaches of             SPAM JAMS...

 

And you will not have to check your new account more often than you would have liked to to make certain you have no spying new connections...that maybe unsafe for you...

As happened to me!

 

But the Lord will always keep us free indeed with out needs HE cannot nor will not meet...

And when the devil does raise his head....

 

Whether a cyber spyer...a marriage divider...or simply folks who some how did not learn or remember from Kindergarten how to introduce themselves and ask others their names....

I guess till Jesus comes back there will be those who try to force themselves upon others instead..

 

When anyone is rude, crude, or  speaks with forked tongue...

Remember our Lord said to cut off the hand that causes us to sin...

Are You Concerned About Doing Everything Correctly?

Today I heard from a young woman living on the other side of the earth through Facebook who reached out to me wanting to know more about the Holy Catholic Church but fearing she is not capable of learning prayers so specifically that well "What if I recite them wrong?"

 

We are to be salt to the earth...we are each called to be HIS light in all dark places we may find ourselves.

 

Sometimes simply by being a prayerful presence in another's life giving a kind smile or speaking or typing kind words to eliminate fears or concerns....we are HIS light to the world...

Salt of the earth.

 

I wrote her about how Our Lord reprimanded the Pharisees who rattled off prayers to sound exquisite but their hearts were far from God.

 

I wrote to her to go with her friend to Holy Mass and join RCIA...that it is not about memorizing prayers with word by word precision, but rather about drawing closer to God by spending time with HIM...in Eucharistic Adoration....in quiet prayer listening with thy heart.

 

It is not merely what we do or fail to do that is a sin...but our motivation and intent is often most important.

 

And you & I can like St Terese become a saint by little things...little acts of kindness...little acts of reassurance...eliminating fear or un-necessary concern in another's heart goes much further than trying to do large monumental jobs or tasks on ones on.

 

What about when we see others who are bullied, mistreated enduring hatefulness and harshness that no one ever deserves...

When we witness such abuses of power & position by others we are also given the opportunity to become a great saint by opening our mouths in defense of such an innocent one.

 

Never rubbing in pain further like salt into a wound...but rather kind words are honeycomb healing body soul and mind...

And becoming the healing balm to to others we will always have friends nearby.

 

They may not be those who are our physically closest neighbors!

 For  those of us living pure lives will always have wicked ones who would rather remain in their sins than to change...they like the glamor of evil...

These will oppress us hoping we will move on so that their fleshy sinful ways are not as noticed by others and themselves.

 

So lets go forth becoming blessing to others...

Anyone who dresses vulgarly any time any where....but especially to Holy Mass rubs salt into the wounds of Jesus Christ whom they come to worship and receive in the Holy Eucharist.

William & I have been thoroughly amused at the crazy behaviors of those who cut themselves loose...

Simply hilariously funny all that we had been folks do in both the Bohnigs and Winn-Dixie parking lots to catch a glimpse of the couple everyone is talking about...

He walks her in and asks for a sample which he blesses and breaks and shares with her.  Then orders either only 2 or 4 slices of low salt turkey or occasionally ham...

with a deli salad and a sack of rolls...unless they bought the rolls the night before.

They like to hear my dearest call me:  "My Sweetie-Pie" as he tenderly protectively walks me through the parking lot to our van shielding arrogant male gaukers from approaching me with their hands.

But these men & women who wish to have us as friends...they must change how they dress first before we will ever entertain conversation...

Instead of introducing themselves from a natural distance of a few feet away...

They have forced their way by confrontation...

Mary Ernst tried bull dozing us over with her shopping cart in the Bohnigs Super-Market and the big giant RED-Headed Roly-Poly always dressed in royal purple...at least one of her garments... has tried backing over me with her metallic colored small car.....more times than I am able to keep tract of....

But her venomous attacks come only once a week before the 5PM Vigil Mass!

I can understand why she is full of such rage...

She set her self up to be grumpy always by driving a vehicle that which the roof or ceiling is not tall enough for her.

She's a big big chunky woman...TALL but her gigantic abdomen weighs her UHGggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg...

Actually dragging her upper body down several inches crunching over her stomach...

Honestly....I am surprised she can rise up to or for any occasion at all...

But why she didn't buy herself a taller car...

But frustrates herself even more each time she ever goes out doors.

I cannot ever imagine her choosing to walk instead of drive and ride....

Soon and very soon....she and the rest...if they change not their aggressive revengeful behavior against us or against any one within our presence they will eventually be caught on EstherStephanada's Camera!

And the only mercy they will be shown is to made the "Uncovered Villain" on the BLOGS 5, 6, or 10PM NEWS"

Our Words and Actions Do Matter Always...We Create Our Enviroment Ourselves....So Never Complain to Anyone But Yourself!

Regardless what your circumstances are...

For many things are out of our control.

 

We can accept that which we cannot change while choosing to speak only kind words that do not divide but lift high and heal...

Pure kind words that heal body soul and mind regardless how snoody and grumpy a rough stiff-necked one is to you you cany-can -can stead of returning his our her own jealous hardboiled..carborator chewing vulgarity back.

 

You can simply say as I have to such a prune:  "Sory you feel so bad...hope your better soon!"

But never let such a snot drag you down from the clouds where you have flown upon HIS Holy Wings of fire...

 

Remember every man woman and child was created in the unique image of Almighty God and each one was given the ability to love...for love is what we were created for....and let not those who refuse to receive your love and return it...never let one of these grumpy grump bumps an a log get you down.

 

Tell them to wear blue without being blue..that if you do in spite of their behavior towards you....then they can wear blue without being blue or stewed and can change their grumps to a cheery mood and be included more often any where any time...

 

For a cheerful love giving one without an angry jealous spirit...

Is always more than welcomed but always sought after for their joy & laughter not only instantly fills any room...

But spills out into each one who in turn spills and spreads it in just as many directions an all have much affection for such a one who choose to never be blue nor let any lemon sour-graper

poison their dispostion, but rather simply blesses their day and moves onto meet and greet those who walk in shoes of peace and never folly.

 

All of Us Were Created to Be Great Saints...Living Honestly, Purely, Kindly, Lovingly is So Easy...Far Easier Than The Wicked Realize!

You and I were created by God for God and HIS Divine purposes.

 

God created man & woman after being frustrated with HIS first creatures...the angels.

 

There actually exist folks that say that there exists no heaven or hell you get what you deserve in this life according to your own behavior.

 

And it is just "feel-good" to believe in angels...so there exist those who believe in angels and have pictures and statues of angels all over their homes and offices but insist that devils do not exist.

 

How does one balance in their minds that God created angels and later man & woman and placed them in a garden to flourish without accepting the fact that Lucifer the angel with greatest rank and power committed the first sin of pride and was cast down with many angels who became prideful and arrogant with him??

 

Would God have created man & woman had the angels not disappointed HIM?

 

We can never know this in this life and possibly God may not ever tell us even once we have lived the full lives

 

And yet while this is a "partial truth" that all of our own personal choices...both in our behavior and our words do create the atmosphere which we will either enjoy or must endure in this life...

To take only parts of God's Holy Word and believe them or apply them one is doing themselves a dis-service.

 

For regardless which scripture some folks refuse to accept into their hearts & minds as truth because they want to dance & dabble with glamor of evil...they really are cutting themselves a short stick or rod to carry as a weapon that has a bitter taste not just to those whom they abuse with it...

 

But anyone who lives by the sword will die and by the sword and perish & suffer the fiery flames of hell for eternity.

The wicked may seem to have many friends and to have the comfort of wealth and high places that they take over by force....

 

But in actuality anything acquired by force or deceit is always at risk of siege of attack for recovery.

 

So those who choose to live by only parts of God's word will always be arrogant because they have something usually much that is dishonorable to hide.

 

 Such arrogance & self-righteousness always requires a calculating and theatrical personality.

 For those who have believed the lie of the devil that having ever sinned is dishonorable cannot ever be freed by the truth which is the only thing that can give any heart the peace, joy, love and mercy that they long for.

 

 The chore of building and working their memory in order to prevent contradicting themselves....or simply being seen blowing up because they are concealing so many lies that are too great for any man to cover.

 

They fear losing the respect and admiration they enjoy  of some who see them so rarely that they have been able to maintain their performances for "a little while."

 

The sad truth that they now cannot perceive is that those whose love, respect and admiration is so important, will actually love respect and honor them for more as giving God thanks and praise that HE has completed drawing he and she whom they love much the full circle into Himself through the gate of HIS Mercy through Sacramental Reconciliation and the love, respect, mercy, honor and peace that surpasses all understanding will be theirs to share with those they feared losing forever!

 

And thus we can all see that it is in only accepting and living by all of Sacred Scriptures one can live! 

And when anyone lives by HIS Commandments receiving all of the sacraments frequently especially going to Sacramental Reconciliation and receiving HIS Holy Eucharist frequently that HIS Holy Word & very life is vibrant within us can we recognize lies when we hear them.

Thus saith The Lord.

How is it that the spiritually educated who lead us cannot accept that not all souls God has created will be in heaven? Why can't they recognize God's Wrath?

Recently in obedience to God I began a few new blogs to address harsh bitter attitudes that in the past lived among us, but were then the minority of society and usually they became the outcast.

 

 But sadly today it is the opposite...the brash, hateful, unkind, harsh ones are the majority and when they encounter true kindness as Mother Teresa once wrote in a poem...  They do not understand why anyone would love them....so they return hostility and hatred for the love they had hoped and possibly prayed to receive...

 

But their brash hardness of heart pushes away those who seek only to love them and be loved by them...

Then they say that there is no God for a God who loves would have answered my prayers.

 

And thus God's Holy Word is full filled again...  "The sighted will be made blind and the blind will see!"  Do You See What I see???

Not many, not even Church leaders want to preach the Truth boldly anymore!

They fear the rise of out rage of whose toes their words will convict.

 

But as Mother Angelica on her programs which began airing on EWTN in the 1980's always said:  "We are all called to be great saints...Don't miss the opportunity!" 

And as a small child in the 1960's I was told that I would be a great saint one day....and I had the Faith to say:  "Whatever YOU say Lord!!! You KNOW EVERYTHING!"

 

Saints can never be silent...for by definition Saints are those who are bold to stand up for the weak, the poor and the trampled upon that no one else either cares about.

 

Saints are also the ones who refuse to talk focus on what they cannot do themselves or what they do not have and in spite of those who try to stop them focus on what God can and promises to do for them and through them regardless how many angry letters they receive...

 

Some so angry that they send through postal mail and do not sign them!

 

Saints are willing risk their lives for their own spouse, sister or brother in FAITH that HE will rescue them both...

and endure the hate and rejection of those who do not love, honor and cherish their own husband or wife as we do.

 

Today in a society where priests actually allow men & women to wear very tight vulgar fitting clothing on the altar reading the scripture readings of the day, creating a conflict of conscience within the hearts of anyone who tries to keep their thoughts absolutely pure...

 

More saints are needed to stand and speak up and let the heads and bodies roll where ever they may roll to...

And don't get frightened when they yell, scream, rant or rave that you have corrected them!

 

Let them squirm and squeal!!

 

When enough of us who want to remain pure while participating in Holy Mass press our Pastors to choose someone else to read who is addressed appropriately when a lector shows up in vulgar or revealing clothing...

 

It will happen!

 

And styles worn will change and become more modest.

 

But only if folks like you and me join and speak up! 

When we encounter someone who has difficult learning math we can teach with gentleness and kindness.
In todays modern society of these end times when folks are down right arrogant it is impossible to correct without burning...for they know they are wrong but they are determined to live wickedly and drag others down with them.

But you & I can be saints in spite of being too salty to those who refuse to change their vulgar insulive ways that misguide our children...our son's and daughters and grandchildren who we want following righteous leaders who also dress modestly and appropriately.
 

 So today write a letter to your pastor and let him know... and even better you can bring a petition to your pastor after having as many as you can from your community to sign it!

 

Friends go forth now and dare to live saintly....as all of us were created to be great saints...lets not miss this opportunity!

We All Can Create A Better Life For Ourselves and Those Around Us By Choosing On Purpose to Speak With Love!

Each and everyone can from the moment they wake in the morn begin something new that will keep them from ever being blue...

Even us who wake beginning our day singing HIM new songs...

Encounter interruptions that are not pleasant such as a sink pipe or water heater busting needing immediate attention.

 

But these kinds of things need not create anger or frustration in our hearts that keep us from living kindly, seeking hopefully, journeying lovingly through our day

As we meet and greet each one along every street and path,

You can try to do the math...

 

Our smiles multiply joy like yeast rising in new bread baking in ovens filling homes with new aromas.

Your smile given away at eight o'clock in HIS morn...can still be lighting up the lives twenty miles away or further...

Your smile freely given will be joyfully returned and the happiness your smile spurned...like wild fires will burn new enthusiasm and vitality in your community even if it has been dragging with a sluggish economy...

 

A business that lacks many customers can blossom and bloom by noon the next day

If it's owners and directors choose to be salt and not shakers...

Becoming living Eucharist not only within their Churches after receiving HIM physically into their bodies and hearts...

 

But keeping HIS fire alive not just within thy own heart but share HIS love, mercy and healing by speaking HIS holy Word out of they mouth.

Words of honeycomb always heal body mind and soul...

Just as harsh words and attitude dry up the bones and cause arthritis and other sickness to come too.

 

We can make our lives drastically better than they were yesterday simply by changing our spoken words and our our words we choose on purpose to speak...

Our words will create in us a new attitude which will radiate a positive hope & joy that can lift and carry each one we ever meet with us into a new life and height of destiny.

 

We can choose to let go that which is in the past.

Though sometimes it is important not to completely forget the history of some relationships,

In that since we cannot choose the life style choices of others but only ourselves...

The choices of some folks give us no other choice but to cut them off that we may live a pure life.

 

Our Lord told us this when HE said:  "If the hand causes us to sin...better to cut it off than to go to gehenna with them.

Salt Can Enhance Flavor....But THese Days It's Taste Usually Burns!

What happens to salt when it loses its flavor...asks the Holy Scripture?

It is worthless...simply scatter and trample upon...
But we ourselves are to be salt to the world...
With kind, encouraging, motivating words.

But today most places my precious William & I have ever gone,
From New Orleans to Maine...
North Carolina to Florida...and back to Lake Pontchatrain's Northshore...
North again through Arkansas Missouri, Iowa and Minnesota...
Even Wisconsin folks are all very lonely...
All want new friends...

But none could receive our friendship that we offered joyfully expecting only kindness...
Our bright Sonshiney Smiles they were not able to return...

Most folks as they got to know us...
They learned  we had no home at that time and were tent camping like the biblical times...
Jesus and HIS apostles and ST Paul after HIM...carried their tents on their backs or donkeys as they walked from town to town.

These folks instead of allowing themselves to be filled with our joy....
Our joy which is HIS...
They instead of receiving HIS best and better part which is HIM Himself...
Living Eucharist which is HIM living within us...
Living within each of you...Being broken, pouring out to and upon one another...
Broken, shared, prepared to listen, prepared to amuse with a balm of laughter and kindness...
Never haughty or rude...
Ourselves broken open to share our inner most hearts...loving, listening...singing new songs of hope to each other...sisters and brothers...

We who seek HIM each day...each Sabbath Sunday...
In HIS Holy Mass consecrated in Holy Catholic Churches around the world by HIS
Consecrated Priests...
Continuing the Tradition which HE Himself Jesus Christ
Directed HIS disciples now apostles to begin in HIS Name!

Each of us are called to be transparent vessels carrying HIM to others;
Allowing HIM to shine and echo out of our hearts through our smiles of joy...
But love, joy, and friendship though free indeed...
To any one regardless of race, education, backgrounds never need be checked...

An open heart not hardened...but tenderized and not by pounding like in a butcher shop
Pork chops before frying!
It is so easy to surrender...for some it may feel like giving up or giving in.

Giving in or giving up most equate with failure...
The difference is who or what one gives into...
One who gives into another pressing them to join them into sinful or criminal behavior...
Is the only kind of "giving in" that is shameful that one must eventually repent.

Laying down the desire to do it "My way and no way else!"
Allowing God to choose where to send them by not making they plans so definite that they cannot respond to God in an instant when HE wants to place their steps along a detour a little side journey along the way!

It is these little things that make life fun and interesting which we must embrace as they befall us...
Otherwise we could be resisting receiving the gifts we have planted, watered, asked and prayed for...
For possibly a very long time...

Changes we resist could be our hearts greatest desires full filled that we never receive only because as our hearts kept kneeling...
Our minds stayed too fixed on our plans that we miss God and our hearts desires missed are snatched by the deceiver.

The salty burn of repercussions of our words and the words of others who push away their own hearts desire...  Are you too salty?  Are you a heavy weight?  Are you a heavy shaker or a tenderizer with a gentle nature?

Our Words Always Matter...For Every Word We Speak is Either Building or Tearing Down Something Good & Pure... Our Anger Could Be Building the Dominion of the Evil One WE are Complaining of and do not Even REalize It!

Regardless where you and I are on any given day...each one of us are building contractors building something near us and far away...as far as our words travel each day!

How Much Salt Is Enough? How Much is Too Much?

When we walk through any grocery store,
                  every aisle has every shelf covered with salty stuff....

Cans of salt with anything imaginable added....
                From green beans to red kidney beans... yellow wax beans and even pole beans can be Purchased with every can of salt.

Some cans of corn chowder or chicken & Vegetable soup contain as much as 980 or more milligrams of it.

We are not called to be salters or shakers of salt....but salt of the earth itself!

We are not to add the salt of harshness to the bruises and wounds of neighbors or friends.

We are to speak honeycomb words that heal bodies,  souls and minds...
             And when we decrease the salt in or diets we shall find...
That our temperaments and thresholds of what we can endure and and triumph over... for & through The Lord...
             Shall increase as we become Esthers, Jacobs and Victors through the trails of trials and challenges.
               Amen Amen Amen and Alleluia!

Do You Stir Up Healing or Pain? Are You One Who Always Complains of THe Same??

Not only do we have the power to change lives within our world...
We do so every day whether we realize it our not;
The question is.... Are the changes we ourselves bringing about for the better or detriment of those who our   words are spoken to or about?

It is possible to be honest without being harsh, even in unusual circumstances...
When we do not want to condone the poor choice or behavior of someone who is truly sorry and repenting.

We can choose not to rub salt in wounds to burn even deeper...
We can choose to speak of the future... Next time you will do better...I know you will!

When we choose to focus not on past injuries but still bringing them to light so the pain may be released...
Then go onto multiple lives are set free to improve and grow...and have their territories expanded...
Just like Jabez who after growing through his life depressed he caused his mother pain...

He opened his mouth, called upon GOD asking HIM to bless him indeed, expand his territory and to keep HIS hand upon him that he may never again cause pain....

GOD granted this request and instead of remaining in pain...
Jabez found freedom from the bondage of a bad memory.

Likewise as we mature with age, let us never fear to take on or give another a new name!
All people become what they are called this is why GOD changed the name of so many giving them new names that allowed them to rise above the circumstances into which they were born.

Let us all call others and ourselves to a greater awareness of what comes out of our mouths.
Let our goal each day be to be conscious of our words and choose our words with both love and FAITH!

Let each of us strive to gracefully create good things in each and every soul we meet and greet along every street or road!

You can you cany can can...be a Jacob or Esther too...and you always are when your words you kindly and prayerfully choose!

How is it regardless who you meet along most every street... you may have to be acquainted with them a year or more before ever seeing beyond a fictional character that they play day in day out...   On the REAL LIFE STAGE and PLATFORM!


Just every day morning to night from the moment the alarm bell rings!

No wonder so many folks are under slept, under fed, and are often losing their head... SPITTING FIRE from their mouths because...

It takes great effort and hard work to maintain a false life or false image, than to simply be ones smiling, laughing, joyful, happy, and kind encouraging self!

Why protect a false image or fictional person anyway?

What is the pay off for you?  Why do you?


Blessings to you as you embrace your reality that you are a wonderful person and a blessing to know, but only when you are your self! And when you do you are salt for those who meet you...for they likewise will not only love and trust you more...

They too will relax upon getting to know you and they will be themselves too and both of you together can begin spreading a Love Revelation in your homes, schools, work places and communities at large...

Though this must start first within each individual's heart!!

We Must Be Careful to Not Speak Falsehood, nor Mislead for the Sake of Kindness

Often we have all heard the phrase "Oh, that was only a white lie."

However, falsehood is always false and never can be interpreted as truth.

When anyone tells a lie to not hurt another person's feelings...we actually hurt them far worse than speaking the truth.

First, even those we think are not very smart or lack intelligence, they still recognize when they are being lied to!

Not in every situation will they know the truth that they are being deprived of, but they recognize when they have been lied to.

All that is derived from one's lie is not shielding anyone from pain, but inflicting the pain of fear and distrust in both the speaker who "told a white lie"...at best
but chances are their trust possibly in many around associated with that speaker who were once loved...now are suspected...

And now the person whose feeling one thought he were sparing becomes skeptical and leery of everyone within the same circle of friends or associates.

Associates is a far more appropriate word, for anyone who tells one lie..another is coming out quick behind it to cover the first.
So it is impossible for a habitual liar to have true friends because to have a friend one must be a friend... and how can a habitual liar ever be loyal to even his friend.

Those who must hide behind masks do so because their true selves are not acceptable.  They have no true friends, but only those who are their partners in deceit.

And where are such folks leading HIS little ones?

We are all being watched by someone... someone who may be lost; someone who is searching.  We are all being copied having someone to many following our foot steps.....

To where are your choices leading others to the same you have chosen.....  To Heaven...or to Hell!

How Do You Handle a Conversation Between Hot-Headed Folks You Are Among?

Have you ever found yourself in a situation you certainly were not expecting to happen;
One say with your spouse and another couple?

You possibly aware that both your spouse and your friend's spouse both have some faults...
One maybe way out of line, and the other close to out of control....

Do you know how to maintain the peace without compromising one's values and without disrespecting the marriage of the couple you and your spouse is with and at the same time backing your own spouse not dividing either marriage?

We must all set boundaries that protect the covenant of ones own marriage....
For each man is to only have eyes for his own wife...

Scripture says that if a man simply looks at another man's wife he has committed adultery in his heart!

We are to cast down imaginations and it helps not to go out and about without ones own spouse...
No man who ever really loved his own wife when he first married ever "Falls out of love"...

No, he just neglects to fertilize the seeds he sowed when he said before GOD and men:
"I Do I Do I Do take you for my lawful wedded wife!"
And begins to fertilize the wrong field!

A man must be very careful being friendly with his friend's wife... for when he crosses the line...
It will be too late...and he could find himself really alone ...
No wife! No Friend! And could even lose his very soul...

Losing not only a best friend and his own wife...but any and all sin seperate us from GOD

For the end times are here and now and Jesus just may pass such a man by for the very last time!

Do You Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say?

Jesus through and by HIS Words and HIS example to say what we mean and mean what we say.  Jesus spoke not one empty Word.  HE said nothing which you and I later could or should correct ones self.

Jesus at no ponit had  to correct Himself!  And since HE cannot lie or mislead us without ceasing to be Himself...
How could like Jonah was in the belly of the whale for 3 days and 3 nights...how could Our Lord be in the earth for 3 days and 3 nights and still had died at 3 pm and rose on the Sabath Easter Sunday?

I believe there is something to this that one cannot simply fluff off and say "Its A Mystery."

I ask and challenge all to in the comment box discuss what GOD has shown you!
